Building the Digital Infrastructure for Trade-Only Commerce

EsonPro operates as a strictly trade-only barber and hairdressing supplier in the UK, serving professional businesses rather than end consumers. Their challenge was to bring their entire B2B operation into a single, cohesive digital ecosystem — replacing manual processes with a platform built for the complexity of trade accounts, bulk orders, and wholesale pricing.

We set up and customised a Shopify B2B store from the ground up, developing a tailored theme and implementing tiered account management, custom pricing, and a Shopify POS system for physical sales. A third-party CRM was integrated to manage trade accounts and sales pipelines. We then built a React Native mobile application, fully integrated with the Shopify backend, giving trade customers a seamless ordering experience on iOS and Android.

Alongside the platform build, we launched and continue to manage full performance marketing operations across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, with Google Merchant Center powering product visibility. EsonPro now operates with a complete, scalable digital infrastructure purpose-built for B2B trade.
